Job Specification:

Applicant must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following Child and Family Studies, community mental health counseling, education, nursing, occupational therapy, psychology, recreation, and recreational therapy, rehabilitation, social work, sociology, speech and hearing; or NYS licensure and current registration as a registered Nurse and bachelor’s degree;

OR

Higher level of education in any field with five years of experience working directly with persons with persons with behavioral health diagnosis;

OR

Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC)

AND

Experience: Two years’ experience (a master’s degree in a related field may substitute for up to one year of experience) either:

Providing direct services to persons with serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, alcohol or substance abuse; or Linking persons who have serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, alcohol or substance abuse to a broad range of services essential to successfully living in a community setting.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
