We are currently hiring a WISE Care Coordinator for our Spokane, Washington inpatient facility working with adolescent girls. This is a full time position, offering competitive pay, benefits and paid time off.

As a WISE Care Coordinator you will be coordinating and facilitating the WISe process for an individual youth and family, and providing advanced care coordination activities within the phases and activities of WISe. Some responsibilities and requirements of the position include:

• Supervising the WISe team (3+ team members) to ensure all team members are providing families with what they need.
• Providing recommendations as to hiring, disciplinary action and performance management of each WISe team member.
• Coordinating all formal, informal, and natural supports for each family.
• Managing the entire WISe process for each family in this program. ·Coordinating family needs and working with multi-systems involved with family and youth.
• Facilitating team meetings and moves each group through the WISe process.
• You will thrive at Daybreak if you have both passion and experience treating mental health and substance abuse disorders, enjoy working with teens in crisis, and can be the calm voice of reason in stressful or confrontational situations.

Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $20/hr
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
Certificates/Licenses: Shift: May vay based off of needs

• Ability to obtain an Agency Affiliated Counselor license with the WA State Dept. of Health.

• Employees working 20 hours or more per week accrue paid time off, including 9 paid holidays and 4 weeks of time off for employees working 40 hours per week/8 hour days.
