Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position is in our Richmond office, located on Deep Rock Road in the West End of Richmond.

YOUR ROLE

  • Create and develop the culture of the local canvassing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques. Deliver a world-class customer experience across each touchpoint. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PPT is a bonus! Delivers world class training program by:
  • Overseeing all canvass field activities, including training, role playing, field supervision and motivating team members.
  • Monitoring and coaching all team leaders to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines. Can Provide Strategic Management and Tactical Execution:
  • Execute canvass strategies that help the region generate and develop leads via door-to-door activities.
  • Actively manage program launch through a combination of strategic staffing, training, planning, scheduling, and management of canvassing activities.
  • Develop immediate, short-term, and long-term strategies for your market.

LEADING YOUR TEAM

  • Leads of Canvassers on planning and delivery of canvass activities and events that support objectives and go-to-market strategies within the market. Has the ability to provide the above as:
  • Being an active member of the Marketing leadership team
  • Creating an annual budget with the sole purpose of generating qualified leads and appointments through canvassing efforts.
  • Coordinating canvass logistics with mapping and tracking permit logistics, script, and flyer maintenance, organizing field leads, verifying / validating leads gathered during each shift via proximity app.
  • Providing timely tracking and entering marketing data into our database. - Providing daily updates to Vice President of Marketing.
  • Developing and training on advanced canvassing protocols and monitoring the quality of the leads, canvassers, and adherence to the pitch. Qualifications

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has managed large teams for 3+ years.
  • Has data analytic skills and enjoys digging in to learn from trends.
  • He has the ability to master and effectively recite a script in the field.
  • I am willing and able to walk with and coach new team leaders on the field.
  • Has the ability to manage team leads and a team of canvassers. Works closely with Team Leads daily to provide motivation and coaching to help them reach daily, weekly, and monthly team goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires 3+ years of experience managing large teams.
  • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent training and coaching skills
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of a canvassing program and canvassing team.
  • Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.


Direct Marketing Manager Compensation

Salary- $50,000 - $65,000 Annually + Performance-Based Bonus Structure with a stretch goal of $60,000 Annually

Benefits

PTO:

Year of Hire – Employees earn 1.85 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 12 days for the calendar year of hire.
January 1, following hire – Employees earn 1.85 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 12 days for the calendar year. On each anniversary, employees earn an additional day of PTO, adding .15 hour per payday for each additional year of service. January 1, following 5 complete years of continuous employment – Employees will be earning 2.77 hours per weekly pay period up to a maximum of 18 days per calendar year.

401K:

Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K plan by making Elective Deferral Contributions and receive Safe Harbor Matching Contributions on the first day of the calendar month, coincident with or next following the date you attain age 21 and you complete 6 months of service, measured from your date of hire, provided that you are an Eligible Employee, which means you must be employed by Richmond Window Corporation or any affiliate who has adopted the Plan, at the end of that period.

Health Benefits:

Richmond Window Corporation will pay 85% of your individual monthly healthcare insurance premium, at our current rates. We reserve the right to cap it at that rate of paid coverage should our premiums be increased. You must elect coverage through our provider to receive this benefit; we currently offer United Health Care. Your insurance will become effective on the 1st day of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment, if you elect coverage.
