We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate cannabis sommelier, also known as a budtender, to join our team. The cannabis sommelier/budtender will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and guiding customers through the purchasing process by sharing their expertise in cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of cannabis, and be able to identify different strains, their effects, and their medicinal properties. They should be able to provide guidance on dosage and consumption methods and recommend products based on customer preferences and needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in cannabis, horticulture or a related field preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working as a Budtender or similar role in the cannabis industry.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, and other products, as well as consumption methods and safe usage practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience using a POS system.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
