Call Center Representative
We are a fast paced Periodontal practice looking for a lead call center representative that will be our liaison between our company, call center staff, and all potential patients. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for training and coaching staff, creating new patient appointments, scheduling referred patients and answering or re-directing calls to respective departments while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.

Expectations
- Ensure staff have the tools to succeed

Work closely with manager to address training needs as well as any behaviorial issues

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics/situations
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research potential issue and assist in providing a solution
- Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by going the extra mile
- Keep record of all conversations in our company database
- Attend meetings/seminars to maintain and improve knowledge and performance level

Experience Required
- Previous experience in a customer service and call center preferred
- Strong phone, verbal communication and active listening
- Customer focused with the ability to adapt to many different personalities
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Full time

$18-$22/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
