Job Description

• Field 60-80 inbound calls from customers looking to buy the company's products
• Verify the accuracy of the information and execute clarification of orders
• Provide order tracking information and resolve shipping issues if needed
• Process and document transactions.
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30/5:00
