Call Center Representative/ Appointment Coordination Expert- Onsite Only
Job description
A Day in the Life of an Appointment Coordinator Expert:
- You’ll be able to responds to incoming calls to those who have reacted to commercials or advertisements in an attempt to have them visit the center closest to them to learn more about the products and services of the firm
- Undertakes outgoing calls to potential leads in an effort to have them visit the center in their area.
- Records the critical potential client information in a database, with special reference to the zip or postal code that indicates the nearest center.
- Participates in training classes to better understand role and know what specials might be offered to the potential clients.
- Meets the required parameters in terms of the number of calls to be received or delivered during a given shift, the duration of the calls and the information gathered and dispensed.
- Understands the limitations of duties, recognizing that the incumbent does not stray too far beyond the boundaries of the role in that the Appointment Coordination Experts are not hair loss authorities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a must.
- Must be able to work 2pm-11pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.
