Responsibilities

• Must be very fast paced and think "quick on their feet",
• Must be a multi-tasker... ..ability to handle many transactions going on at one time...be able to talk, research, navigate, provide resolution, type/document while still on the phone call
• Good tone of voice and friendly at all times..regardless of how upset and angry the caller is
• Excellent customer service skills,
• Ability to handle difficult customers while remaining calm
• know what probing questions to ask to get to the root cause
• Ability to deliver a resolution or answer that may not be appeasing to the caller
• Excellent computer (be very familiar and comfortable), navigating, documenting and excellent typing skills
