Job Summary

A large call center that supports a well-known retail company in Reno, NV is in need of customer service representatives to join their team! As a Member Advocate, you will be responsible for providing a positive experience for members via phone and email. You will also be responsible for ensuring requests are processed accurately and timely with appropriate follow-through. Successful individuals are expected to meet departmental objectives by being a responsive team member while using good judgement.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment.
• Demonstrate a high level of Customer Service skills and professionalism when dealing with members/employees/management.
• Establish positive rapport with members
• Maintain detailed records of Dealer and Member communications and database and/or shared systems as required.
• Clearly communicate all Auto Programs including Promotions and Special Offers to members.
• May conduct post-purchase promotion surveys with members.
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures.

Preferences, Requirements and Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent comprehension skills.
• Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
• Must maintain an excellent Attendance & Punctuality record.

Schedule and Pay

These positions require a 3-week training course (if you are not able to attend all classes you will need to be rescheduled for the next training class). Below are the upcoming training shifts.

• Week 1 – Tuesday (1/10) – Friday (1/13) from 9:30am-6:00pm
• Week 1 – Monday (1/16) – Friday (1/20) from 9:30am-6:00pm
• Week 1 – Monday (1/23) – Friday (1/27) from 7:30am-4:00pm

Once training is complete, you will work an 8-hour day shift, 5 days a week with either two consecutive days off or one weekday and one weekend day off. All employees are required to work at least one weekend shift.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 6am-7pm & Saturday-Sunday 7am-5pm.

• Weekdays -$16/hr.
• Weekends - $17/hr.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish – additional $.50/hr.
