The Company:
Miami Water and Air is an authorized Rainsoft Dealer that sells multiple different forms of Water and Air Filtration systems. We have systems in over thousands of homes in the South Florida region and business is always expanding.
The Position:
We are Looking for a Full Time Call Center Agent and other positions are available in the Miami Dade region to schedule water tests for potential clients. No Previous experience required. Bilingual is an imperative qualification (English/Spanish). Our Office is currently located in the Kendall region opposite of Tamiami Airport.
Roles:
- Scheduling Free Water Tests (Demos) for prospective clients and making sure that all relevant information is obtained to book appointments.
- Informing clients of the results of water samples that were sent in.
- Answering incoming calls from potential clients to schedule Water Tests
Compensation:
- $15 Hourly + Commission around 1k-3k per month
