Job Description:

The full-time CAFM Technical Project Manager will consult closely with clients in support of Computer-Aided Facilities Management software. This manager will be responsible for implementation, customization, and upgrade projects using the ARCHIBUS Software. The responsibilities also include the delivery of professional services, including support, training, business process workflow analysis, and project management. This project manager will also identify new services opportunities, plus analyze and document project requirements to successful completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in their implementation of IWMS Facilities Management software

• Provide technical support to clients

• Provide training to clients on the software

• Develop statements of work for client needs

• Develop specifications for customizations

• Perform QA on customizations, upgrades

• Documentation of the client's implementation

• Develop project schedules and budgets

• Relational Databases

• Data mapping for import/export

• Team, project, or technical lead

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

2+ years implementation of IWMS/CAFM software (preferred)

2 + years of facilities management (preferred)

1+ year project implementation (preferred)

Pass national background check and drug test

Experience with ARCHIBUS, AutoCAD/Revit is a definite plus

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
