WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This position usually prepares and serves a variety of food items or beverages to customers. Assures that adequate food supplies are available for patrons. Additional duties could include ensuring that dining tables are stocked with condiments, cleaning up accidental spills, bussing and cleaning tables and fulfilling customer service requests.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Flexible hours in accordance with business levels and job requirements
• Ability to rotate to different parts of the kitchen and temporary tasks within the Hotel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Compute basic arithmetic and mathematical calculations

• Ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and guest satisfaction

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
