We are a mid-sized high tech dental lab that is in growth mode. We have a safe working environment and a culture that values our employees. We are looking for a high energy, motivated technician with the following base knowledge and experience at a minimum:

• Designing crowns, bridges using CAD software such as 3-Shape, Exocad, etc..

Preferable experience

• Design custom abutments and full arches
• Staining and glazing of crowns and bridges
• Design and 3D printing of models/dies, night guards, surgical guides
• Design and manufacturing of digital dentures
• Pressing and finishing e.max crowns
• Casting and trimming models and dies
• Casting of precious and non-precious metals for gold crowns and PFM’s
• Experience interacting with dentists, discussing technical issues and recommending solutions
• Manufacturing e.max crowns and bridges
• Custom shade matching
• Stacking porcelain
• CNC milling of Zirconia and wax
• Chair side assistance for conversions

Education and training

Certification (CDT) or the completion of an accredited dental laboratory program is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

2 years minimum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
