Job description
The New York Butcher Shoppe and Wine Bar, Charlotte's coolest concept is seeking Counter Service Teammates. The NYBS specializes in Premium Meats, Seafood and Wine. The ideal candidate must posses a love for all things meat and enjoy helping people select from the best freshly cut meat selection in the Charlotte Area. NYBS also sells a wide selection of prepared foods to go and has a generous selection of wines and specialty grocery items. Our Counter Service Team will be responsible for assisting shoppers, packaging their meat selections and assisting with questions around wine, prepared foods and catering. The Wine Bar will serve a variety of premium wines by the glass or enjoy a bottle right off the shelf! Customers can accompany their beverage choice with some delicious small plates from our kitchen. This is a fun job with the action of a restaurant without the restaurant demands or hours. We provide flexible schedules and a positive team driven environment. Multi-tasking skills and working with people are a must. Previous restaurant, grocery store or cashier experience preferred. Opportunities at 2 locations in Charlotte.
