Our Management Advisory Services are growing in the Lehigh Valley, Montgomery and Alleghany counties. As a result, we will be expanding our team in 2023! Our firm is actively recruiting for an entry level full-time Business Valuation - Financial Analyst to work out of any one of our offices (Reading, Allentown, Pittsburgh or Spring House, PA). Responsibilities/Qualifications:
  • Gather, organize, extract, compile and analyze client financial data from businesses and closely held businesses
  • Interpret extracted financial data to form conclusions and make recommendations
  • Document conclusions and recommendations in a Business Valuation Report
  • Knowledge and application of GAAP
  • Conduct financial due diligence reports
  • Develop Quality of Earning (QoE) reports for M&A transactions
  • Develop expert reports for litigation support engagements
  • Research and develop forensic financial analyses
  • Deliver technical presentations
  • Develop a network of contacts - attend networking events
  • Proactively interact with clients gather information, resolve problems and make recommendations
Additional Details:
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge of financial statements, balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow
  • Willingness to obtain a business valuation designation in the future
  • Excellent ability to create and maintain business relationships
  • Strong financial analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight and day trips on occasion
