Job Overview
You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through targeted research and creative strategies to connect. This role works closely with the sales team in qualifying existing leads and collaborating on ways to maximize contacts with prospects through events. Success in this role means you can effectively communicate across different areas of the business, pivot to meet the needs of the business, and have strong organization skills.

About the Role

• Lead Generation
  • Identifying untapped opportunities for the sales team to target
  • Establishing circles of influences, connections, and organization ties for prospective clients
• CRM Data Integrity
  • Maintaining accuracy and completeness of data for your salon
  • Producing high quality bios for all prospects and clients
• Sales Team Meetings
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings based around event schedule.
  • Leading the team through event preparations and debriefs
• Prospecting Preparation
  • Researching and creating bios on event attendees
  • Presenting the sales team with the best opportunities to target at the event.
  • Collaborating on seating charts with the sales team (when available)
• Event Debrief
  • Reviewing prospects and touchpoints after each event
  • CRM management of the event results

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation range: $18.75-25/hr.
The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance.
