This role can be remote based anywhere in the US.
The Business Development Executive Private Cellular Networks will be accountable for identifying Industry 4.0 strategic targets, industry thought leaders and create a revenue stream for UScellular through the implementation of Private Cellular Networks focused on Industry 4.0, Distribution Centers, and Warehousing. This position will play an important role in consultative selling, advising, and managing operational evolutions of a customer's PCN transformation strategy.
The Business Development Executive PCN will manage projects and relationships with Industry 4.0 organizations that have complex sales cycles. The Business Development Executive PCN will have responsibility for developing a sales funnel, closing deals with clients, and driving revenue. They will need to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to understand product offerings and capabilities and incorporate viable solutions into a customer's trial, POC and commercial deployment.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of Industry 4.0 targets, revenue opportunities, with a focus on Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, Warehousing enterprise. Make recommendations to enhance account growth and new revenue potential to meet or exceed sales quota.
- Prepare/maintain sales forecasts and forecast pipeline and account status reports.
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME) within the Industry 4.0 vertical to key clients in leading and managing strategic and often technical programs and initiatives to desired results and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal/contracts/marketing/engineering/product), to develop use cases and demos/trials as appropriate.
- Represent UScellular as a Thought Leader mobile, cellular loT, Private Cellular Networks, 5G Industry 4.0 forums (CSI, CESMII, Innovation Zones, GSMA, CCA, etc.) as an industry expert.
- Work closely with technical leads and innovation experts to ensure seamless implementation of key solutions and capabilities that will achieve monetization efforts of technical solutions.
- Own the relationship with PCN customers, specifically utilities, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.
- Lead prioritization of customer solution / technical requirements and champion resolution of solution / product gaps internally.
- Work directly with customers to create solutions and use cases that leverage product integrations that generate business value with a mobile private network.
- Develop individual skill set and expand product knowledge to maximize value and to deliver quality services to our clients.
Salary Range $118500 - $189751 / yearly

- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge and market sensing of 4G, 5G NSA & 5GSA networks, Edge (MEC) and private cellular networks.
- Direct Experience with manufacturing vertical and the suppliers of this industry.
- Experienced account lead in areas of mobility, cellular loT, LPWA , or 5G.
- Success working collaboratively with cross-functional business units including Product, Sales, Engineering, IS, Finance, Legal, and others.
- Strong analytical, business modeling and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and ideas and use them to create accurate and engaging presentations for various audience types.
- Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations to internal and external executives, proposals for technical solutions.
- Knowledge of the current Industry 4.0 ecosystem and market trends and a passion for continuous learning to proactively stay abreast of new information and trends.
- Must be able to travel as needed to attend training, conferences, and related business activities .
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated thought leadership and work group activities within industry forums such as CESMII, CSI, GSMA, CCA, etc.
