Job Description:

Arrow is seeking a Business Development Manager to join SiliconExpert. The primary focus of our Business Development Manager is to manage our Business Development Representative team and drive business growth. This role will report directly to SiliconExpert's Director of The Americas.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a team of established Business Development Representatives.
• Reporting
• Developing data driven strategies to create business growth.
• Creating effective advertising campaigns.
• Mentoring, coaching, and supporting career growth of Business Development Representatives.
• Building strong relationship across the organization, including C-suite executives.

What we are looking for

• 4-year degree
• Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Supply Chain industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience managing business development/sales teams.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing internal and external business issues with recommendations for solutions tied to best practices.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$138,800.00 - $231,004.62

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
