WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Develop a strong business pipeline and build our brand, with a focus on our printed apparel line while providing leadership to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.
• Strategically and analytically build and convey compelling value propositions.
• Build our brand, through our website and social media, thought leadership and brand awareness campaigns.
• Develop target accounts and strategies for increasing opportunities with current clients while seeking new ones.
• Leverage your key contacts to proactively develop project and program opportunities.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

• Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have at least 3 years business development experience building strong sales relationships and growing business in the screen printing/apparel industry.
• Love Tech – You are familiar with Google Suite and can learn our software.
• Are a self-starter – You show initiative, take action, get up and do it yourself.
• Put the Customer First – You have a competitive drive, balanced with team oriented, positive attitude, and go the extra mile to wow your customers.
• Communicate Effectively – You’re honest and engaged in conversation when working with clients.
• Believe in Teamwork – You know that being a part of a team means being dependent on each other.
• Enjoy hybrid work - You're located in Florida and are looking for a hybrid opportunity with 2 days onsite in Wellington FL or Deerfield Beach, FL.
