Job SummaryThe Analyst role is a new opportunity focused on supporting our Regulated Markets team with Medicare Health Plan support through RFP execution, special projects, and initiatives. This unique role is a part of the Express Scripts Client Strategy team, with primary responsibility of providing support to our Client Strategists with administrative needs of our Medicare Health Plan clients and prospects strategy and retention. This would primarily include the support of the Stars Quality Governance board managing all aspects of the meeting through scheduling, coordination of agenda, identification of key participants through tracking and reporting out notes to leadership team. Other duties will include supporting the maintenance of our library of RFP responses, RFPIO database management, Sharepoint maintenance, development of power point presentations, meeting tracker maintenance and cross-functional collaboration. This role also act as a project manager in support of Market Strategy team initiatives including coordinating team meetings, supporting ad hoc special projects, maintaining tracking documents. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, knowledge of PBM industry and be excellent at building and maintaining infrastructure.
Essential Functions
Develop deep understanding of Medicare market dynamics/ client needs
Assist Market Strategists in pulling and reviewing quality data
Support in creation of slide decks for client facing presentations
Manage and oversee client meeting/ heat map tracking and reporting
Support regulatory review processes ; entering key updates to Service Now, attendance of weekly Medicare Regulatory collaboration sessions, act as point to report out any input on regulatory items.
Ensure RFP responses are accurate, client-appropriate, and meet our department expectations by partnering closely with subject matter experts across the organization
Build strong, deep relationships with key cross-functional partners and clients we support
Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills to support interactions with VP-level colleagues
Responsible for supporting various team functions including internal meetings, cross functional projects and demonstrate the department in a positive manner.
Up to 25% travel
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to coordinate tools, resources and people through to project completion
Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 30 - 45 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
