We are seeking a FULL-TIME SALES PROFESSIONAL who will aggressively grow our business in Tulsa. This will be a great opportunity and long-term fit if:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business: make introductory CALLS, QUALIFY the opportunity, OVERCOME objections and CLOSEthe deal
  • Set and achieve goals that have daily, weekly and monthly benchmarks
  • Maintain fantastic relationships with our existing customers
  • Establish a network of key decision makers and influencers in the property management industry
  • Work at a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
  • Be known for outstanding communication and service
  • Quickly identify prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person calls
  • Work well with the operations team, leveraging their expertise
  • Attend trade shows and conferences
  • Actively participate in a few client organizations

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, coachable, highly competitive and results driven
  • Extensive face-to-face (B2B) sales experience to mid and upper level prospects
  • Demonstrated sales achievements in a longer selling cycle
  • Resilience and an ability to overcome objections
  • Proficiency with computer software (MS Office suite)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including developed phone skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (B2B) work experience
  • Knowledge and contacts within one or more market segments of our customers

Pay: $47,211.42 - $56,856.77 per year
