Job description
The Business Banking Product team is seeking an Associate, Product Manager II to bring new products, features and tools to our Small Business customers. This individual will focus on working with product leads and cross-functional partners across CCB and CIB to extend new, mostly digital, capabilities for Business Banking customers. The candidate will ensure that Business Banking client needs are understood, prioritized and that technology is implemented to address the expectations of the business. In this role, you will partner with a broad set of stakeholders and partner with Tech and Design to execute on this strategy, to deliver best in class products and client experiences that lead to Digital Engagement, NPS Lift and Digital CSAT lift.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute on the Business strategy and agenda by working with key partners to identify opportunities and build new offerings for SMB clients.
- Partner with Digital, Design, Data & Analytics and Technology to build and manage the end-to-end customer experiences
- Develop C-suite executive level presentations on product strategy, priorities, impacts pre and post product releases
- Engage and build relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, and the Lines of Business
- Champion new ideas and innovative approaches to help our product teams deliver great experiences. This includes piloting, testing, experimentation capabilities across the product team
- Support prioritization of Small Business product roadmap with input from Product owners across Deposits, Lending, Merchant and Credit Card
- Lead ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, priority assessment and planning with key stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Leadership experiences focused on designing, building and delivering products to market
- Proven project management experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment owning multiple work streams end-to-end
- Passion for developing and engaging digital experiences, working with high performing teams
- A strong track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals for the team
- Ability to lead in an environment of strong risk and controls
- Collaborates well in highly matrixed organization and ambiguous environment
- Ability to influence teams and define the right frameworks for prioritization and execution
- Comfortable presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of influencing multiple stakeholders
- An engaging people leader who has demonstrated the ability to lead, coach and develop employees within a large organization
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of Business priorities and the overlap with Digital's short term and long-term strategies
