Business Assistant
Two Maids & A Mop is a cleaning company providing services throughout the United States and one of the fastest growing cleaning companies in the country. This position is to support the owners of the White Plains, NY and Stamford, CT locations as they manage and grow the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys interacting with people and problem-solving. The job is Monday to Friday (except major holidays), 9am to 5pm.

Key responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of the owners’ activities for a smooth operation of the business.
- Answer customer and employee calls, and address related questions/needs.
- Collaborate with everyone in the organization to maintain updated customer records.
- Coordinate with everyone in the organization to maintain offices in order.
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee files.
- Perform quality checks of work performed by personnel.
Main requirements:
- Relates to people from various profiles and enjoys meeting them.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Pays attention to details, is responsible, reliable and punctual.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Has a car and driver’s license.
- Has authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
