Business Analyst

The key purpose of this position is work with project stakeholders at all levels in the organization to understand business processes and make recommendations for efficient processes. The Business Analyst will collaborate with project team members to define and document requirements, process flows, wire frames and test plans for enterprise projects. The responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

What you will do…

• Responsible for working with business units on enterprises projects to define and document processes and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes.
• Responsible for creating test plans and coordinating with business units to test and approve all project deliverables prior to release.
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge on regulatory compliance related to financial industry by taking appropriate training courses provided by the credit union as well as researching topics related to initiatives.

What you need…

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 (two) years of business process/business analysis on projects with an Agile Team.
• 2-3 years of Bank or Credit Union experience, preferred
