Your Role
- Works with the Quality Control laboratory to identify software-related change needs and ensure they are met.
- Focus primarily on user requirements capture, solution/change impact assessment, and solution selection/prioritization for local (site) benchtop laboratory systems.
- Ensure business requirements are identified, met, and users understand how they are met.
- Other duties as assigned.

Annual Salary Range (dependent on experience) $106,000-$128,000

Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum 2 years of relevant business analysis experience gathering/testing requirements. Minimum 3 years in biotech/pharma industry. QC/GxP Laboratory experience preferred. Working understanding of GxP guidelines including 21 CFR Part 11. Prior experience with GxP lab software (Empower, Softmax Pro, Chromeleon, LIMS) is preferred. Ability to do site visits when needed. Ability and willingness to travel is preferred.
