Gulf Relay is looking for a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing product development team. This role will have the opportunity to work across multiple product teams that will be tightly integrated. Responsibilities:

• Review, design, and document new and existing departmental processes (e.g., workflow, data flow, procedures, policies, training, documentation, etc.) ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Participate in and lead workflow process improvement projects which include recommending changes to management, working with product management and development, deploying new technology and processes and following-up and monitoring the effectiveness of changes implemented
• Driving solution (technology and process) enhancements and adherence throughout the organization to support workflow business strategies
• Link business goals and objectives to the actual solution that is constructed and delivered
• Partner with business unit management and information technology leaders to design processes supported by workflow ensuring processes support both internal customer goals and objectives
• Document requirements and functional design of new and existing products
• Lead testing and training of new products and product enhancements
• Act as a POC for the product development team(s) and be their liaison with the business
• Document the data flow between systems/products
• Develops ideas and proposals for new solutions
• Ensures communications to primary business teams on incidents and status updates are delivered
• Analyze data across data sources
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Technology, Analytics or another related degree of study
• 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio
• Understanding of software development methodologies, Agile preferred
• Proven experience in documenting requirements, workflows, and data flows
• Prior application testing, incident tracking, and training experience
• Proven experience writing BRDs
• Ability to be self-motivated and possess the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment which may include working alone or in a team
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills to function effectively with attention to detail while performing multiple work assignments and meeting established deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt and react to change
• Experience working in logistics, transportation or supply chain is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
