Citywide Commercial Services, Inc. is a small business and we provide mechanical and electrical door hardware installation and repair. We also handle CCTV installation, specifications and repairs as well. We service the New York Metropolitan area including Nassau and Suffolk Counties including airports.
We prefer a candidate located in the Long Island, Queens Areas.
Job Duties:
- We are looking for a building repair mechanic/technician responsible for installation and repair of doors and door hardwre as well as some CCTV equipment.
- Ensure operation of mechanical and electrical door hadware
- Installation of door hardware-mechanical and electrical (locks, hinges, door closers, card readers, etc)
- Installation of CCTV equipment (no exp necessary-will train)
- Cut Keys
- Low voltage wire runs
Some company travel Required-approximately 20% of the time or less
Skills Needed:
- Previous experience working with tools
- Willing to Train the right person
- Any mechanical HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors or door hardware experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
