We are looking for an experienced Building Automation Specialist (HVAC, EPMS) with willingness to travel to project sites & provide expertise installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming & repairing environmental control systems.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

*Willingness to travel on-site & to project sites within the DE area, as well as occasionally MD, VA, PA, NJ*


  • A minimum of a GED, with a Trade Certificate, Bachelor's Degree or Electrical Journeyman License (preferred).
  • 3-5+ years experience with in HVAC/Controls or EPMS Systems.
  • Experience with Low voltage Building Automation or PLC controls is required.
  • Knowledge of electronics (board level troubleshooting), direct digital controls, airflow, hydronics, refrigeration theory, energy metering, power systems and building control techniques.
  • Ability to work with customers - great communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products and operating i-Pads, Smartphones.

Desired but not required:
  • Computer programming knowledge, Linux, Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Understanding of computer networking.
