Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with suggestions of Medical Cannabis products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
• Provide an exceptional patient experience

• Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers
• Operate POS system with heavy cash transactions
• Comprehend Medical Cannabis State Laws with additional knowledge of OSHA and HIPPA compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in a high volume retail or sales business preferred
• Passion for the Cannabis Industry
• Ability to work with a diverse staff
• Patient first attitude
• Face to face customer relations experience
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
• Dispensary-related experience a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Maryland Medical Cannabis Patient Certification (for active cannabis users)
• Knowledge of Cannabis strains
• Knowledge of Cannabis consumption methods
• Understand the products that are related to use of Cannabis
• Valid Government Issued Identification Required

Job Type: Full-time positions available.

Salary: $35,500 to $42,000 /year

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
