We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Model and Bridal Consultant to join our award-winning boutique. The ideal candidate will not only have experience in the bridal or fashion-retail industry and have excellent customer service skills and work ethic, but will also welcome the opportunity to wear, strut, and talk about the same bridal dresses via reels and tik toks on our social channels.
Don't be mistaken - this role is about 70% bridal consultant and 30% bridal modeling. (Please do not apply if you're not interested in the retail aspect of this position - helping customers find their dream wedding dress and the physical demands of being on your feet for up to 8 hours!)
We are an incredibly high-volume, fast paced, boutique and we're looking for someone that loves a good challenge, isn't afraid of hard work, and knows how to get tasks done without constant direction and hand-holding.
Weekend availability is a MUST. We're flexible with your schedule, but expect two weekends a month for part-time employees and three weekends a month for full-time employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist brides with gown selection and provide knowledgeable and personalized bridal consultations.
- Ensure that the boutique is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every bride.
- Act as our store liaison and model for showcasing bridal gowns to our online followers. This includes Instagram reels, Tik Toks, YouTube, and website content.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a model or brand spokesperson preferred.
- Previous experience in the bridal or fashion retail industry is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for bridal fashion and knowledge of current trends.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
