Our NEW busy restaurant is seeking skilled and experienced Breakfast Cooks to join our team. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes for our customers, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and served hot and fresh. You will work closely with our team of kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure that our customers receive the best possible dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausage, and more Ensure that all food is cooked to the required temperature and is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
• Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are made according to our restaurant's standards and specifications
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all food storage areas are clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house personnel to ensure that orders are completed accurately and efficiently
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a breakfast cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
