Breakfast Bar Ambassador

The Aikens Group and the Hampton Inn in Front Royal are seeking an individual to become a part of an award-winning team. The chosen applicant will be awarded a full-time job with potential growth opportunities in the hotel industry.

A breakfast bar ambassador is responsible for providing personalized guest services, so the guest can relax and enjoy his or her complimentary breakfast. Ensuring that guest are greeted with a smile, a clean table, and a variety of quality prepared foods. They are a valuable asset to ensuring outstanding guest services and financial profitability.

The responsibilities of running and managing the Breakfast Bar department:

· Provides personalized guest services. Ensuring that guest are greeted with a smile, a clean table, and a variety of quality prepared foods.

· Sets up and maintains a clean and inviting breakfast buffet and coffee station

· Maintains a clean, stocked, and properly organized kitchen and pantry area

· Ensures tableware and buffet area is maintenance free and issues are reported immediately

· Inventories, orders, and efficiently maintains the proper food and service ware need requirements

Qualifications Include:

· The ability to start work at 5:00am in order to have the buffet ready for our guests

· The ability to work weekends and holidays; flexibility

· Great customer service experience

· Ability to present a professional demeanor, both in appearance and communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, while maintaining high quality guest services

· Must be able to be on one’s feet for an extended period of time

· Appreciates a clean kitchen and working area

· A good work ethic
