Our Brand Ambassadors are the backbone of the customer experience at Cascade Spirits. They are expected to work in a team environment to provide incredible service to customers visiting our facilities and events.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Schedule and attend liquor store tastings regularly in assigned territories.
• Identify new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers.
• Promote Cascade Spirits products (and services) to prospects and clients.
• Intelligently communicate with customers on the topic of our spirits and brand.
• Contribute to hitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Proactively develop new market ideas.
• Record and maintain client preferences for future reference.
• Relay customer feedback to the direct manager.
• Bring product from the corporate office to events/liquor stores.
• Manage event set-up and take down.
• Pour liquor samples to customers, abiding by OLCC serving laws.
• Work Wild Roots booths at various events and promote other products within the Cascade Spirits brands as needed.
• Able to work at an event booth and/or liquor store tasting alone.
• Interact with various media outlets to generate a wide range of clientele.
• When needed, work at our Portland Tasting Room. Duties include, but are not limited to daily cash reconciliation, general store cleaning and maintenance, inventory management and other tasks listed on opening/close of day checklists.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to recommend merchandise to customers.
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn the point-of-sale system.

Education, Experience and Certifications:

• 1+ years experience of spirits, sampling, and/or promotional work is preferred.
• Must be 21 and over.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state-specific permit/license to sell liquor.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry it 100 feet repeatedly
