Overview

The duties of the Boutique Retail Attendant are to assist guests with clothing items and gift needs. The Boutique Retail Attendants purpose is to ensure the level of service provided to the guest is highly individualized and that each guest feels that their comfort and convenience are the principle concerns of The Gasparilla Inn& Club. Pleasant work environment and bridge tolls covered.

Essential Job Functions:

Complete opening duties as assgned, following department/accounting procedures.

Maintain gift shop appearance in a Efficient and organized manner.

Assist customers in locating their size/style they desire and helping to create an enjoyable shopping experience.

Acknowledge guests and be able to answer guests' question about items.

Follow through with all guests and be able to answer guests questions about items.

Follow through with all guest requests as specified in hotel standards.

Maintain overall appearance of the boutique.

Answer telephone within 3 rings with correct situations and phone etiquette.

Report to manager when inventory items are low.

Performs any other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager.

Requirements:

Attention to detail.

Previous retail experience.
