We are looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for part-time or full-time employment. Candidate must be proficient with Quick Books and customer friendly. Job includes managing books, payroll, employee IRA, invoicing and subcontractor payables, manage daily office orders, etc. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and organized bookkeping skills, administrative support, managing calendars, and handling a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Great Work Environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Greet visitors and provide them with information about the company.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
• Organize and maintain office supplies.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
• Draft letters and other documents as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
