Boat Rental Assistant Manager
Job description
Some management experience necessary. Will be responsible for scheduling staff, ensuring staff are following through with responsibilities, as well as promoting customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of the boat rental and storage facility operations including employees, equipment and patrons.
Reports directly to the owner/operator.
Communicates and interacts effectively with people of all ages.
Organizes, coordinates, and manages all boat rental and operations.
Enforces safety standards and emergency procedures for operation of boat rental.
Ensures that all equipment, docks, grounds and facilities of the boat rental and storage areas are kept clean and safe.
Supervises ,schedules, and trains employees.
Create a 5-Star experience for the customer.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Weekend availability
