About BeeKind ABA Therapy:

YOU MUST RESIDE IN ATLANTA, GA or SOUTH ATLANTA. BeeKind ABA Therapy is an in-home ABA service provider that provides services to clients in schools, daycares and the community. Our mission is to treat clients with kindness and increase independence across the lifespan in natural environments. BeeKind ABA Therapy is a small ethical BCBA owned and operated practice that prides itself on providing a healthy work environment for Board Certified Behavior Analysts. We do this by ensuring short drive times, flexibility, a three – four day work week, easy systems to help support BCBA’s, personal assistants to minimize administrative time, small caseloads, low billable requirements and more.

This position can be PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with families and be supportive of a healthy workplace environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys seeing clients in person, seeing client's progress and graduate from ABA services. This position is best for someone who is kind to others and communicates effectively with parents, therapists, and clients. This position is best for someone who can work independently, is willing to be trained, is willing to give feedback and enjoys following the BACB ethics code as well as the systems designed by the CASP to improve supervision. The individual in this role desires flexibility and a positive work-life balance. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst must be able to conduct effective supervision, create comprehensive behavior plans and provide support to children and parents on the road to independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop measurable targets to monitor the progress of patients.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments to determine root causes of a patient's problem.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the problem behavior.
  • Develop evidence-based interventions to address the behavioral health needs of patients.
  • Calculate expected rewards or costs of proposed interventions in order to make cost-benefit analyses.
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Tailor treatment strategies and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • And more as applicable to the role of the BCBA.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
