First Children services is currently seeking
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team! We are a family owned, family operated and family focused organization. Our STRIVE Autism Care Continuum is a multi-site psychological, counseling, and ABA center serving children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. At STRIVE, we provide diagnostic evaluations, evidence-based Psychotherapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral parent training and outreach, training, consultation to schools, agencies, and the community. We are a passionate and dynamic group; unique for our collaborative spirit and strict adherence to high-quality, evidence-based practice.
What we require from you:

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Current BCBA Certification
-
Access to reliable transportation; willingness to commute.

Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
-
Ability to work well with others and be a part of a treatment team.
-
2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
-
Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments
-
Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans.
-
Complete skill assessments; ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS
-
Train and supervise school staff, BTs and RBTs.

Provide parent training.
