Title Billing Representative

Job summary

The primary functions of this job are to maintain the transmission of claims and posting of payments for the practice as well as to assist with other billing responsibilities as needed.

Summary of essential job functions

- Answer/triage telephone calls

- Entering office coding/charges

- Transmission of claims/correcting submission errors

- Posting of payments; Inquiries/Appeals as posting payments

- Maintenance of Accounts Receivables, including statements and credit balances

- Mailing of HCFAs

- Verification of patient insurance(s)

- Speak with patients who have overdue balances

Minimum requirements

- High School Diploma

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
