Job description
Hiring billing and collection personnel for cardiology office in Tomball, Texas. Candidate must be excellent in billing, coding and collections in cardiology including peripheral diagnostics and interventions. Candidate must have good knowledge of the health insurance industry and the ongoing changes and be able to do credentialing. Must have art of obtaining pre-authorizations , referrals and scheduling procedures. Must possess descent telephone skills, be able to type more than 50 wpm and should be computer smart.
*Cardiology billing and collection experience is a must.
*Certified coder is preferred.
*Experience in eclinicals EHR is preferred.
*Only the candidates with experience in internal medicine / Cardiology office billing and collection should apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
