Duties include:
- Reviews, researches and prepares customer accounts for billing.
- Prepares the daily utility billing.
- Maintains accurate billing information.
- Assists customer service representatives with account inquiries.
- Minimum 2 years of high volume billing/invoicing experience
- Intermediate mathmetical skill
- Strong data-entry skills
