Receptionist

Continental Expressis seeking a Receptionist to manage the front desk at our corporate office in Sidney, Ohio. This full-time position will oversee welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guests upon arrival
• Answer calls received at Continental Express’ corporate number and direct calls to appropriate internal staff
• Support the Billing Department in downtime, by sorting driver paperwork, running reports, and processing customer billing
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Position Qualifications

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Detail-orientated and professional attitude and appearance
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role is preferred.
