Career Opportunity: Bilingual Staffing Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, you must be able to complete each stage of the recruitment cycle. This will include intake and sourcing of applicants as well as onboarding candidates and the extension of a job offer. A successful candidate for this role should have previous experience as a Recruiter, good knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, as well as the ability to muli-task.

Bilingual Staffing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Conducting phone and in-office interviews
• Ability to prepare interview questions and other hiring material
• Organize candidate data and all communication in one platform
• Analyze recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire and source of hire
• Identify future hiring needs
• Organize hiring events (job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)
• Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages
• Review HR practices and make sure they are applied through the entire recruiting process
• Screening resumes
• Conducting company assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed
• Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities

Bilingual Staffing Specialist Requirements:

• Proven recruiting experience in recruiting or staffing
• Ability to create sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
• Knowledge of employement laws
• Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments etc)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Social media recruiting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctuality and commitment
• Ability to work as part of a team
