What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers on loan acquisition calls and help them complete loan applications.

• Proactively sell the loan, along with other benefits, to the customer.

• Ensure that all portions of the application are accurate to identify and eliminate potential business risks.

• Help drive the completion of applications to increase receivables.

How You’ll Do It

• Have consultative sales-based conversations with customers to promote the loan’s features and benefits.

• Facilitate components of the credit application process including, but not limited to, identity verification, judgmental review, negotiation of loan terms, applicant agreement of loan offer, and completion of the loan application.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field

• In lieu of education, 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field

• Must be Fluent in Spanish And English (reading and speaking)

Bonus Points If You Have

• 2+ years of experience in sales

• A quiet workspace

• Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps

• Personal smartphone or a tablet
