Position: Customer Service Representative

Locations: Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250

Industry: Water, electric and gas utility company

Customer Service Representative Shift: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone
• Open, update, and close customer accounts
• Take payments and assist customers with any concerns
• Inform customers of any updates and assist with any questions
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

What will you need as a Customer Service Representative:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
