Job Duties:

• Take Inbound Calls, make limited outbound calls
• Research information
• Provide excellent customer service to all callers and maintain adequate call times
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
• Listen!!!
• Resolve customer issues and provide callers with workable solutions to their concerns

Requirements:

4 year degree and 3 years customer service experience or HS Diploma and 7 years of customer service experience

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

Problem solving abilities

Learn quickly, work well in a collaborative environment, enjoy challenge

Type 40 words per minute
