Health Pros Northwest – Medical Staffing for Corrections, Tribal Wellness and Behavioral Health Facilities

Seeking an experienced RN to work at Cascade Behavioral Health located in Centralia, WA, primarily focusing on offering support to withdrawal patients.

Position Details:

• NOCs urgently need, weekend days 12 hour shifts!
• Hiring Immediately
• Paid Orientations, Facility and Computer Training

Position Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Provide IM’s and track in tracking sheet
• Complete PCP communication on all clients and at every appt or annually and track in tracking sheet
• Update Credible (EHR) with PCP in external provider
• Complete Comprehensive assessment in word and present at ITT on all new clients and as assigned
  
• Complete assigned duties on flow of LRO/Hospital/Admit/Discharge/180 stored in tracking sheet
• Attend all Daily Meetings on days working
• Attend all trainings assigned
• Attend all ITT’s as scheduled
• Attend Medical meeting and supervision as scheduled 1 x mo each
• Follow Credible Schedule
• Provide Nursing Assessments as scheduled appointments (typically 1 x wk at nursing visit)
• Provide Med Admin services as scheduled appointments
• Provide extra support and intradisciplinary activities per clients tx plans as scheduled
• For Tuesday nurse receive and reconcile meds from Pharmacy
• For Saturday nurse track and order IM’s for week
• Follow med protocol to provide meds to staff daily and to receive them back including noting missed meds on log
• Ensure cabinet is clean and orderly at all times and locked
• Cross train team on nursing as indicated or directed
• Train new staff or as directed staff on med delivery during shadowing
• Dispose of medications per policy
• Coordinate all holds on medications and bridges etc with Genoa pharmacy
• Coordinate medication regime to hospital or jails for all clients upon admit
• Maintain clinical chart for 4 clients full time and 2 half time

Licensure/Education:

• 3 years (minimum) required as a LPN
• Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience preferred
• Current unencumbered Washington LPN licensure

Position Qualifications:

• Current CPR Certification
• Ability to obtain current Tuberculosis Test and Drug Screen
• Reliable transportation to all scheduled shifts
