Job Description

At Lexington Behavioral Health you will be key in helping to identify the strengths and needs of our members. Quality case managers assist in fostering life skills training in order to promote social and emotional development in the individuals we serve. You will be responsible for managing coaching teams who work directly in home and in the community with our members. This includes assisting coaches directly and coordinating activities with the team. This coordination will take place both in office, and on site with the individuals on your caseload.

Our company provides in-home and community based one on one psycho-social rehabilitation therapy and behavior interventions for at-risk children & adults. Our patient population struggles with both developmental disabilities and a behavioral health diagnosis. When necessary, case supervisors will be expected to provide support after hours or on weekends. However, this position is set at 40 hours per week and no overtime will be expected.

Compensation:

This is a salaried position ranging from $21 per hour or $41,600 per year to $26 per hour or $54,080 per year.

Minimum requirements for this position

  • Must be 21 to apply
  • Must be a current resident of AZ, available for an in-person interview
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (to be verified at interview)
  • 3+ years of experience working with developmental disability / special needs
  • 3+ years of experience in supervision or case management
  • Willing to work full time
  • Call out coverage for your coaching team members
  • On call after hours / weekend rotation participation

Case Supervisor / Case Manager job expectations:

  • Preparing for weekly clinical meetings with the team
  • Submitting clinical and administrative paperwork by their due dates
  • Responding to communication in a timely manner
  • Ensuring client information is up to date
  • Assisting with training coaches, caregivers and support staff
  • Assisting the clinical team with conducting assessments
  • Self manage time, tasks and own schedule
  • Using professional language and conversation in and out of the office
  • Responding appropriately to feedback and maintaining performance
  • Dressing appropriately for all situations (dressed up for meetings, casual for going out in the community)
  • Utilizing resources effectively (e.g., videos, textbooks, articles)
  • Helping foster a cooperative environment by stepping in to assist fellow Case Supervisors when needed
  • Utilizing the LBHS therapeutic stance with members, staff, and other providers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
