We are looking for Behavorial Health Associates to join the Starlite Recovery Team in Center Point!

Pay Range:
- Starting at $13/hr
- Shift Differential for evening $2/hr
- Shift Differential for night shift $3/hr
- Shift Differential for day shift on weekends $1/hr
Open Positions:
- Evening Shift 2:45pm - 11:15pm (Full-time working every other weekend with one day off during the week)
- Night Shift 10:45pm - 07:15am (Full-time working every other weekend with one day off during the week)
- Double Weekends: 6:45am - 11:15pm: Working every Saturday and Sunday (Part-Time with Benefits)
- PRN - no set schedule - may work any shift
For 65 years, Starlite Recovery Center has been providing adult and adolescent clients in the heart of the Hill Country in Center Point, Texas, with caring and highly effective drug rehab for substance abuse, alcohol addiction, and co-occurring issues.
Starlite Recovery Center is part of the Acadia Healthcare system, a provider of addiction, behavioral and mental health treatment facilities in the United States and Puerto Rico.
BHA responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive, and structured environment.
- Responsible for conducting safety checks and ensuring that supervision is conducted at 15 minute intervals.
- Document timely, accurate and appropriate clinical information in patient's medical record.
- Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.
- Engage patients in interactions, group therapy and activities designed to encourage achievement of treatment goals and increase therapeutic coping skills.
- Complete and maintain required documentation. Complete paperwork as required on incidents and events that may take place on the unit.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
