Compassionate ABA Therapy
kin: pathic offers exceptional center-based, in-home, and school setting Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) programs for children diagnosed with autism, ages 18 months to 18 years.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will assist in implementing behavior plans with deep expertise in a broad range of educational, behavioral, and wellness-related services developed by our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who also provide supervision. The primary locations of services will be from one of our Learning Centers (Nashua or Amherst) with a home-based component supporting generalization sessions in home and community settings.

• Compassionate, energetic, reliable, and dedicated individuals
• Prior experience working with children
• Ability to drive to/between client homes
• High school diploma required
• Driver's license required
• Associate's degree preferred

What You’ll do:

• Work one on one with an individual diagnosed with ASD in their home and/or in one of our learning centers
• Help clients reach individualized goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Collect data to assist in tracking client progress
• Collaborate with other professionals and clinicians to ensure client progress
• Receive ongoing supervision and support from our team!

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

We are hiring behavior technicians in the following areas: Nashua, Londonderry, Brookline, Hollis, Amherst, Manchester, Salem & Plaistow for the following shifts:

Monday – Friday

· 7:00 am - 2:15 pm (Nashua)

· 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (Nashua, Amherst, Manchester, Salem)

· 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm (Amherst, Manchester, New Ipswich)

· 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm (Nashua, Hollis, Salem, Plaistow)

· 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
